Class Types


Hatha / Vinyasa Flow


Focus on breath and body awareness, finding a blend of deep stretches within poses. Classes integrate Vinyasa flow using the breath. Each class will focus on different aspects of the body. Every class is different be prepared to be surprised!

Level 1 & 2


Slow Flow (Gentle)

Not to be confused with easier, slower sometimes means going deeper. Holding poses longer allows students to settle into deep stretches giving students the opportunity for practice rooted in self study.

Sunrise Yoga

Wake up with the SUN. Energize your body,mind and spirit in this one hour practice that invigorates your day and harmonizes your life. All Levels


Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga incorporates aspects from various yogic styles and philosophies to provide deep rest and relaxation for the mind, body, and spirit. Class may include restorative poses, long deep luscious holds, gentle asana, breath-work, mantra, meditation, and nidra. An extremely gentle class to clear your mind and relax your body, appropriate for all levels, offering the perfect balance to a more active practice. This class will help heal your mind, body, and spirit. All Levels


Mobility Yoga


In yoga mobility yoga, we move through a continuous series of poses, synchronising breath and movement, the transition between postures is as important as the poses themselves and the breath is primary. Mobility Yoga will take your body through a diverse set of movement patterns – bending forward, backward, side to side, twisting, compressing, flexing and extending. 


Karma Yoga

Karma Yoga at Yoga Casita is a class that brings awareness to the lessons we have already learned in this life. Karma Yoga will help us continue and grow and heal. We focus on forgiveness, healthy relationships, and intuition. 


Aireal Yoga

This is an all-levels class that will leave you feeling free and light. The class starts with a warm-up on your yoga mat including stretching and sun salutations. The hammock is used as a prop to help you work through a series of standing postures, planks, and inversions allowing you to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Class concludes with savasana in the hammock for a truly blissful experience of being wrapped in silk, feeling safe and fully supported.  Come experience the fun and freedom of aerial yoga!

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED to 5 students.  So, please reserve your spot ahead of time by booking through our schedule online, the Tula app, or by calling us at the studio (805) 338-9293.  If you can’t make it, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance.




Yogalates includes popular yoga postures like downward-facing dog and the warrior poses with Sun Salutations, stretching and intense core and abdominal strength work. Some exercises may require the use of props such as blocks, resistance bands and weights to intensify the effect. Yogalates  also features breathing exercises, guided mindfulness and relaxation. Yogalates has a strong focus on alignment, as well as the benefits of yoga and Pilates, Yogalates is believed to be particularly effective for improving muscle tone, developing a slimmer, stronger physique and even weight loss. 

Community Yoga

We believe in making yoga accessible to all by offering affordable and donation based classes. Our Community Classes are open to everyone - students of all body types, ability and experience. Simply "pay what you can" and enjoy this all levels class.  Sundays @ 9:00 am
