Donna (E-RYT 500) Owner of Yoga Casita, has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 1995 while mothering her three young children. She began her practice in Kundalini and has never turned back. She is always seeking to learn and grow because she feels we are students of yoga and life. When teaching she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.
"I want my students to leave the studio feeling well rounded, deeply connected to their bodies, and most of all - at PEACE"-Donna
Natalie (E-RYT 300) Co-owner of Yoga Casita, began practicing yoga in 2006. She discovered how much of a positive impact her practice had on life, both mentally and emotionally, She realized she wanted to share her passion and practice with others and she eagerly began her training at the age of 18. She seeks to pass on her compassion and knowledge with her students through her teaching, focusing on combining breathe and movement. "Yoga Casita is my safe haven. Together, we create a space to learn, heal, and grow. We do this by listening to our bodies needs and clearing the thoughts of our mind. I want people to leave each class feeling lighter than they came in." -Natalie

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ETIQUETTE:
We understand that life happens, so if you are late, please be mindful of other students and try to quietly set yourself up for class.
Most of all, be gentle with yourself. Yoga is not about competition or doing the fanciest pose. It’s about becoming more aware of your body, mind and spirit.
